ON THIS PAGE
DRAFT STATUS
Proposed terms for owner review. Prices, access delivery, renewal, refunds and support arrangements must be finalized before paid enrolment. This page is not yet an effective purchase agreement.
SECTION 01
About these terms
Learn10xskill provides digital-skills education and digital marketing services through learn10xskill.com. It is operated by Abhay Kumar Singh, based in Patna, Bihar, India — 801503.
These proposed terms explain the rules for using our website, learning accounts, courses and services. Read the relevant course description or written service proposal alongside these terms before placing an order.
Review draft: this page is not yet an effective purchase agreement. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, delivery and some support arrangements remain to be approved. Effective date: pending final review and publication.
SECTION 02
Eligibility & younger learners
An adult with legal capacity must enter into any purchase or service agreement. Provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes.
Learners under 18 are intended to participate with a parent or lawful guardian’s permission and supervision. The adult should arrange any enrolment and purchase; a child should not be asked to enter a binding payment agreement independently.
Before launch: the process for verifying and recording guardian permission still needs to be implemented. This draft does not claim that verification is already available.
SECTION 03
Your account & responsible use
Keep your account details accurate and your password confidential. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share an individual learning account or let another person use your enrolment.
Do not impersonate others, harass learners or staff, upload harmful or unlawful material, bypass access controls, disrupt the website or attempt to access someone else’s information. Do not submit passwords, payment PINs or one-time passwords in support messages.
You remain responsible for the content you submit and for having permission to share client information, images and other project materials.
SECTION 04
Courses, access & delivery
Our planned learning paths cover WordPress Website Development and Performance Marketing, including Meta Ads and Google Ads. Check the individual course page for the actual curriculum, level, language, prerequisites and included learning materials.
Enrolment applies only to the course or bundle explicitly named in your order. A WordPress subscription is not intended to unlock Performance Marketing, and a Performance Marketing subscription is not intended to unlock WordPress, unless a clearly described bundle says otherwise.
Do not assume lifetime access, downloadable videos, a certificate, live classes or unlimited personal support unless the relevant offer expressly includes them.
Before sales begin: each offer must state when access starts, how it is delivered, how long it lasts, what happens when it expires and how an access failure is resolved. These details have not yet been finalized.
SECTION 05
Prices, payments & subscriptions
The intended model offers individual-course monthly and yearly subscriptions. Prices and billing configuration have not yet been finalized; this draft does not create a subscription or authorize recurring charges.
Before checkout is enabled, the offer must clearly show the currency, full payable amount, applicable taxes or extra charges, billing interval, whether renewal is automatic or manual, and the cancellation method. Any recurring payment requires the applicable authorization.
Razorpay is the planned payment provider, but integration is still pending. Do not assume that a checkout or payment link is operational based on this page. Keep your order reference and contact us if a payment is deducted but access is not received.
Owner decisions pending: prices, taxes, renewal rules, failed-payment handling, plan changes, cancellation timing and access after cancellation.
SECTION 06
Cancellations & refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy describes review of duplicate payments, unresolved course-access failures or a promised course not being provided. Voluntary change-of-mind refunds are not offered; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Processing timelines and subscription cancellation details are still being finalized.
This draft does not impose a blanket no-refund rule, promise a money-back period or set a cancellation fee. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund for an existing payment are separate requests.
Contact abhayrajput@learn10xskill.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove a remedy or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
SECTION 07
Learning, guidance & expected outcomes
Courses are intended to support practical skill development. Progress depends on your practice, existing knowledge, available time and how you apply what you learn. We do not guarantee a job, clients, income, a particular advertising return or business success.
Personal guidance is part of the intended learning approach. The support channel, availability, duration and scope must be stated in the final course offer; this draft does not promise 24/7 help or unlimited one-to-one sessions.
Platform interfaces and advertising rules can change. Course examples are educational, and learners should check current platform requirements before applying them. Any claim about future lesson updates must be defined in the course offer.
SECTION 08
Tools, advertising spend & third parties
Domain names, hosting, premium themes or plugins, advertising budgets and other third-party tools are separate costs unless explicitly included in your course or service offer.
You are responsible for the accounts, permissions, budgets and materials you use when practising. Use test projects where possible and obtain authorization before working on client websites or advertising accounts.
Third-party providers control their own services, approval decisions and terms. Learn10xskill does not control Meta or Google account approvals, ad delivery or platform availability. Our own responsibilities for the services we sell remain subject to applicable law.
SECTION 09
Course content & your project work
Course videos, lesson text, teaching resources and site materials belong to Learn10xskill or their respective rights holders. Your enrolment permits personal learning and authorized practice; it does not transfer ownership of the course content.
Do not resell, publicly redistribute, re-upload or share paid lessons or access credentials without permission. Any separate licence supplied with a downloadable resource governs how that resource may be reused, including in client work.
You retain the rights you hold in your original project work. Sharing work for feedback allows it to be reviewed for that purpose; it does not automatically permit public marketing use. We should obtain separate permission before publishing a learner’s testimonial, identity or project as promotional material.
SECTION 10
Digital marketing & website services
WordPress development, SEO and performance marketing services are separate from course enrolment unless expressly included in an offer.
A written proposal or agreed scope should define deliverables, fees, payment milestones, timelines, revision limits, client responsibilities, third-party costs, handover and ongoing maintenance. These details are project-specific and are not invented by this general page.
Clients must provide authorized access and materials and approve any agreed advertising budget before spending begins. Any changes to scope or fees should be agreed before the additional work starts.
SECTION 11
Availability, misuse & ending access
Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or because of technical or third-party issues. Contact us if you cannot access something included in your order so the issue can be investigated.
Proposed account rules allow proportionate restrictions where needed to address suspected unauthorized access, unlawful activity or serious misuse. Where practical, the user should receive an explanation and an opportunity to contact us about the decision.
Ending or restricting access does not automatically forfeit a payment or override applicable refund rights. The final policy must explain how paid access is handled if a course is discontinued or an account is closed.
SECTION 12
Privacy & service messages
Personal information and data requests are addressed in our Privacy Policy. Check that notice for the current handling of your information and contact details for data requests.
Our confirmed communication preference is limited to enquiries and course/account-related messages; promotional offers are not planned. A support enquiry does not constitute a promotional mailing-list subscription.
An account deletion request should be coordinated with any active billing arrangement. Deleting an account is not the same as cancelling a recurring payment.
SECTION 13
Responsibility & your legal rights
Information is provided for education and to describe our services. We do not promise that every technique will suit every project. This does not excuse a failure to provide something expressly included in a purchased offer.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. No liability cap, blanket waiver, mandatory arbitration clause or exclusive court restriction has been selected for this review draft.
Contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. You may also use any complaint or dispute-resolution route available under applicable law.
SECTION 14
Changes & effective date
The final published terms should show their effective date and revision date. Material changes affecting existing paid access or billing should be communicated before taking effect and handled consistently with the agreed purchase terms and applicable law.
A later edit to this page should not silently remove an entitlement already purchased. Any new billing commitment requires the appropriate agreement or authorization.
Draft prepared: 27 September 2026. Effective date: pending approval. This is a review draft, not the final published agreement.
