DRAFT STATUS

Owner-review draft. Refunds are reviewed for duplicate payments, unresolved access failures or a promised course not being provided. Request deadlines, subscription cancellation rules and processing timelines still need to be finalized before paid enrolment.

SECTION 01

What this policy covers

This draft describes the proposed refund and cancellation process for Learn10xskill courses, individual-course subscriptions and separately agreed digital marketing or website services. Learn10xskill is operated by Abhay Kumar Singh, Patna, Bihar, India — 801503.

Read the final policy alongside the course offer, checkout details and any written service proposal. This page is currently for owner review. It does not yet establish a refund window, cancellation fee or effective purchase policy.

Payment setup: Razorpay is the planned payment provider. Integration and the final purchase policies are still being prepared.

SECTION 02

Cancellation and refund are different

Cancellation concerns stopping an order, service or future subscription renewal. A refund concerns returning money already paid. Requesting one does not necessarily complete the other.

Deleting a learning account or stopping lessons is not a reliable way to stop recurring billing. Any active subscription must be handled through the confirmed cancellation process, and the cancellation confirmation should be retained.

The final checkout and policy must explain the available cancellation method before recurring payments are enabled. This draft does not claim that a self-service cancellation button already exists.

SECTION 03

Course refund eligibility

Confirmed approach: refund requests are reviewed for verified duplicate payments, unresolved course-access failures, or failure to provide the course promised in the purchase offer.

A voluntary change-of-mind refund is not offered simply because you no longer wish to study or prefer another course. This does not restrict any refund or remedy required by applicable law, including where what was supplied does not match the agreed offer.

For an access problem, describe the error and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and restore access. If we cannot provide the paid access promised, the refund request will be reviewed against the purchase terms and applicable rights. The investigation and resolution timelines still need to be finalized.

No guaranteed job, income, clients or advertising return is offered. A disappointed outcome expectation is different from a failure to deliver the course described in the purchase offer.

Each request requires verification of the payment and issue. This is not a promise of automatic approval, and this draft does not introduce lesson-completion thresholds or a claim deadline that the owner has not approved.

SECTION 04

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

The intended model offers separate monthly and yearly access for each course. Renewal settings, cancellation deadlines and access after cancellation have not yet been finalized.

Before subscribing, the customer must be told whether renewal is automatic or manual, when the next payment is due, how to stop future payments and when course access ends. An automatic renewal must use the applicable payment authorization.

Owner decisions pending: whether cancellation takes effect immediately or at the end of the paid period; whether any unused period is refundable; and how plan changes, failed renewals and cancellation requests near a billing date are handled.

A request relating to one course should identify that course. Separate subscriptions should not be assumed to cancel together.

SECTION 05

Duplicate, failed or unrecognized payments

If the same order appears to have been charged twice, send both transaction references, dates and amounts so the payments can be checked. A duplicate debit should not be treated as a second enrolment unless that was actually ordered.

If money was deducted but the order failed or course access did not appear, contact us with the transaction reference. Avoid paying again until the status has been checked. A bank reversal and a merchant-initiated refund are different processes.

For an unrecognized transaction, contact your bank or payment provider promptly and inform us. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, passwords or one-time passwords.

SECTION 06

How to request help

1. Email us: contact abhayrajput@learn10xskill.com. Alternative: learn10xskill@gmail.com.

2. Include the essentials: your name, account email, course or service name, order/payment reference, payment date and amount. State clearly whether you want cancellation, a refund, help restoring access, or more than one of these.

3. Explain the issue: describe what happened and include relevant screenshots if useful. Hide unrelated personal and financial information.

4. Keep the reply: the proposed process is to verify the order, review the request and provide a written outcome or request for missing details. Acknowledgement and decision timelines must be finalized before publication.

SECTION 07

Approved refunds and processing

The proposed process is to confirm the approved amount and initiate an eligible refund through the original payment channel where supported. The operational procedure must be tested after payment integration is configured.

Review time, refund initiation time and the time taken by a bank or payment provider to credit the money are separate stages. This draft does not promise instant refunds or a fixed credit date.

Before publication: set the review and initiation timelines, confirm the provider’s expected credit time, and state how a customer can follow up using a refund reference. Any proposed deductions or fees must be lawful and clearly disclosed before purchase; none have been approved in this draft.

If a confirmed refund does not arrive within the communicated timeframe, contact us with the order and refund references so its status can be checked.

SECTION 08

Course access after cancellation or refund

The final policy must explain how course access, downloadable resources, learning progress and any linked benefits are affected by a cancellation or refund.

Cancelling future renewals does not by itself decide whether the current paid period is refunded. The confirmed plan terms must state the end date of access. A refund may require the associated paid access to end; the timing must be communicated with the refund decision.

Account-data deletion is a separate request covered by the Privacy Policy. Relevant billing or dispute records may need to be retained under applicable requirements.

SECTION 09

Website and marketing service cancellations

Digital marketing and website development services are separate from course purchases unless the offer expressly combines them.

A written project proposal should define cancellation notice, completed work, milestones, handover, approved third-party costs and any refundable amount. This draft does not introduce a non-refundable deposit or an arbitrary cancellation charge.

Advertising spend, domain names, hosting and other external purchases may be subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Their treatment must be explained in the proposal before costs are incurred. A customer’s legal rights regarding our own service remain unaffected.

SECTION 10

If we cancel, and your consumer rights

If Learn10xskill cannot deliver a paid course or agreed service, the customer should be contacted with the available resolution, including any refund required under the purchase agreement or applicable law. An alternative course or credit should not be imposed as the only remedy where a monetary refund is due.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude a refund, remedy or complaint route that applicable law protects. Contact us to seek a resolution; you may also use applicable consumer or payment-dispute channels.

Future changes should show a revised effective date and should not silently remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Draft prepared: 27 September 2026. Effective date: pending final approval.
