Who we are
Learn10xskill provides digital-skills education and digital marketing services at learn10xskill.com. It is operated by Abhay Kumar Singh, based in Patna, Bihar, India — 801503.
This notice explains how information is handled when you contact us, use a learning account or interact with our website. It covers Learn10xskill’s own activities; external services have their own privacy notices.
SECTION 02
Information we collect
Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, whether you are interested in services or learning, and the message you submit. We use these details to understand your request and respond.
Learning accounts: when you register or use course features, account details and course activity can include your name, email, username, enrolments, lesson progress and any work, answers or support requests you submit. The information recorded depends on the features you use.
Technical information: website hosting and software may process IP addresses, browser/device details, request times and error or security logs to deliver pages and maintain the service. Exact logging and retention settings still need to be verified before this draft is published.
Please share only information relevant to your enquiry or learning activity. Do not send passwords, payment PINs, one-time passwords or unnecessary identity documents through the enquiry form.
SECTION 03
How we use your information
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss the services or learning you requested, manage accounts and course access, record learning progress, provide support and resolve technical issues.
Where relevant, information may also be needed to investigate misuse, handle disputes or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Any future payment or tracking features must be reflected in this notice when they are introduced.
Messages: our planned communication is limited to enquiry replies and course/account-related messages. We do not plan to send promotional offers. Contacting us does not sign you up for a promotional mailing list.
SECTION 04
Cookies & analytics
WordPress and learning-account features may use cookies to support sign-in, sessions and site functionality. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect login or account features.
Current setup: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are planned but are not currently active, as confirmed by the site owner. A cookie consent banner has not yet been configured.
Before optional tracking is enabled, this notice and the site’s consent controls need to explain the providers, information collected, purposes and how to change a choice. This draft does not claim that an Accept/Reject control is already available.
SECTION 05
Payments & course subscriptions
Razorpay is the planned payment provider; the integration is not yet set up. This notice does not describe an operational Razorpay checkout.
Before payments are enabled, this section must be updated to explain the billing/contact details sent to the payment provider, the transaction information returned to Learn10xskill and the applicable retention arrangements.
Prices, renewal, cancellation, refunds and course-access terms belong in the separate purchase and subscription policies. This Privacy Policy does not set or replace those terms.
SECTION 06
Service providers & external links
Operating the website involves hosting and software services, including the WordPress website and Tutor LMS learning system. Providers supporting hosting, email delivery and technical maintenance may handle information necessary to provide those services. Their actual access, storage locations and retention settings need to be confirmed for the final policy.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, follow a social-media link or open external learning resources, that provider also handles your interaction under its own privacy terms. Choose what you share on those services.
Video hosting: the course-video provider has not yet been selected. Any embedded player and related data collection will be disclosed before that service is introduced.
Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to respond to a lawful request. We should share only the information relevant to that purpose. Any processing outside India will need to be described after the provider arrangements have been confirmed.
SECTION 07
How long we keep information
Accounts and learning progress: the intended approach is to retain this information while your account remains active. You can request deletion; we will review the request and explain any information that must be retained.
Enquiries and support: information should be kept only as long as needed to handle the request, provide related support or meet an applicable obligation. A specific review/deletion schedule is still to be set.
Future invoice/payment records may need a separate retention period for accounting, legal or dispute purposes. Backup retention and removal procedures also need to be confirmed; deleting a record from the live site does not necessarily remove every backup copy immediately.
SECTION 08
Your choices & data requests
You can contact us to ask what personal information we hold, request a correction, request a copy or request deletion of your account and associated data. Where processing relies on consent, you can ask to withdraw that consent. The rights available depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
Email abhayrajput@learn10xskill.com using the email associated with your account or enquiry. Explain what you want us to review. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing, changing or deleting information.
If we need to retain particular records, we will explain the reason. Account deletion may remove learning progress and access; it does not automatically cancel a future subscription or create a refund entitlement. Billing and account requests should be coordinated before deletion.

SECTION 09
Learners under 18
Learn10xskill intends to welcome learners under 18 with parent or lawful guardian permission. The process for verifying and recording that permission has not yet been implemented.
If you are under 18, ask your parent or guardian to contact us before creating an account or submitting your details. Guardian verification and age-appropriate data handling must be established before under-18 enrolment is enabled.
If you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate permission, contact us so the information and account can be reviewed. A statement on this page does not itself verify parental permission.
SECTION 10
Keeping information secure
We aim to limit access to people who need information to operate the service and respond to your request. Security, backup and access-control arrangements must be checked against the actual website setup before publication.
No internet service can promise absolute security. Keep your login details private and contact us if you suspect someone has used your account without permission.
SECTION 11
Updates to this notice
This notice will be reviewed when the way we collect or use information changes, including when payments, optional tracking or video hosting are introduced. The published version will show its effective date and revision date.
